• Update listings as needed
• Communicate availability using general guidance, not urgency
• Comply with Givica's Community Standards

Organizations are solely responsible for the content they submit.

03 User Responsibility

Users agree to:

• Use information at their own discretion
• Contact organizations directly for confirmation
• Not rely on listings as guaranteed or real-time

04 Communication

All communication occurs directly between users and organizations, or between organizations themselves.

Givica does not facilitate, monitor, or manage communication.

05 Real-Time Services

Listings are intended to provide general guidance and may not reflect immediate availability.

06 Listing Review & Removal

Givica reserves the right to review, modify, limit, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

07 Payments & Subscriptions

Listings are free during the initial period. After 4 months, listings continue at $5.95 per month.

• Payments are non-refundable
• Subscriptions are month-to-month
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

08 Limitation of Liability

Givica is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of listings
• Availability of services
• Interactions between users and organizations, or between organizations themselves
• Any damages resulting from use of the platform

09 Security

Givica is not responsible for issues resulting from unauthorized access, including hacking or security breaches.
